Pricing FAQ
Do I pay for all four apps?
No. Each app is a separate install with its own plan. You only pay for the apps you install, and you can pick a different plan for each one.
Why is the paid plan called Studio if both plans have Studio?
Fair question. Studio is the full-screen workspace every app has, and both plans include it. The paid plan borrowed the name. The only difference between the plans is how you pay.
How do I switch plans?
On Shopify's plan page for the app, which you can reach from the app's Billing page in admin. Shopify handles the switch and the billing.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial because there is a free plan. It has every feature and costs nothing until the app proves a sale.
What does the 1% apply to exactly?
The order subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping, and only for orders the app can prove. For NextBatch, only the subscription lines. For Wayfind, orders whose cart carries a quiz result from the last 7 days. The full rules are here.
Do you ever take a cut of creator payouts or subscriptions themselves?
No. RallyCrew never touches the money you pay creators, and subscription payments go through Shopify to you. The 1% is the only usage charge, and only on the free plan.
