RallyCrew gives each creator a real Shopify discount code, a tracked link and a private page with their numbers. You pay creators yourself. On the free plan RallyCrew charges 1% of an order only when it used a creator code.

01A code for each creator
Invite someone with a name, an email and a code like DANA15. RallyCrew creates the discount through Shopify, so it works at checkout like any other code. Pause a creator and the code stops working. Resume them and it comes back.
02A link that applies the code
Every creator gets a tracked link. It counts the click and applies their code to the visitor's cart, so nobody has to remember to type it.
03A private page for each creator
Each creator sees their clicks, orders, what they are owed and what you have paid. No customer names, emails or addresses ever appear. They add their own PayPal or Venmo handle there.
04Commission you can trust
Commission is recorded when an order is paid and reversed in proportion when it is refunded. A creator buying with their own code earns nothing. Set percent or flat per creator, first orders only, or a minimum subtotal.
05Applications, if you want them
Turn on an application page and share the link, or add the apply card to your theme. A code is reserved for each applicant but not created in Shopify until you approve.
06Payouts stay yours
Pay creators the way you already pay people. RallyCrew records what is owed and paid, exports CSV, and takes nothing out of any payout.

A link tracker you switch on in the theme editor, an optional apply card, and two pages RallyCrew hosts: the creator's private page and the application form.

Billing
How RallyCrew's 1% is counted
This applies on the free plan. On the Studio plan there is no percentage at all.
An order counts when it used a creator code RallyCrew issued, whether the shopper typed it or a creator link applied it.
The amount is the whole order subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping, in your store currency. Each order counts once. A refund reverses the fee in proportion.
This 1% is separate from the commission you pay your creators, which never passes through RallyCrew.

Setup
Set up in 5 steps
Works with Online Store 2.0 themes. No theme code to edit.
- Install RallyCrew and choose a plan. Shopify shows the plan page when you install. Start on the free plan.
- Set your default terms in Studio. The discount creators share and the commission they earn. You can change both per creator.
- Invite your first creator. A name, an email and a code. RallyCrew creates the code in Shopify for you.
- Turn on the link tracker. Online Store, Themes, Customize, App embeds, then switch on the RallyCrew link tracker.
- Send the creator their link and page. Optional: turn on applications and add the apply card to your theme.
Does RallyCrew pay my creators?
No. You pay them however you already do. RallyCrew keeps track of what is owed and what you have paid, and exports it as CSV. There is no wallet and no payout fee.
Can creators see who bought?
No. A creator's page shows order numbers, dates and amounts. Never names, emails or addresses.
What if I stop working with a creator?
Pause them in Studio and their code stops working in Shopify. Resume them later and it comes back. You can also delete a creator, which removes their record and their page link.
Is there a limit on creators?
No. There is no cap on creators on either plan.
Do creators need to make an account?
No. Each creator gets a private link to their page. It is long and random, so it can't be guessed.
Is RallyCrew a loyalty program?
No. Points and customer referrals live in PerkJar, a separate app.
